Scavengertime End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: February 20, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Scavengertime LLC. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the ScavengerTime mobile application, website, and related services. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the ScavengerTime application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

1) License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Scavengertime LLC. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, access, and use the ScavengerTime application for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on supported devices. This license does not transfer ownership of the App or any associated intellectual property.

2) Restrictions

You agree that you will NOT:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, lease, sublicense, or sell any part of the App
  • Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent activities
  • Exploit the App for commercial gain without prior written permission from the Company
  • Attempt unauthorized access to servers or networks connected to the App
  • Upload harmful or malicious content, including viruses, malware, or abusive media

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

3) User Content

Users may upload content including images, videos, text, snapshots, and game submissions. By uploading content to ScavengerTime, you confirm that you own or have the rights to the uploaded content and grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, display, process, and share your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving App services. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies without prior notice.

4) In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

ScavengerTime may offer in-app purchases, digital items, game features, and subscription plans.

  • Processing: All purchases are processed via third-party payment providers, including Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchases
  • Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
  • Pricing: Prices may vary by region and are subject to change without prior notice

5) Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activities that occur under your account, and providing accurate registration information. Scavengertime LLC. is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

6) Data Collection and Privacy

The App may collect and process personal information, device identifiers, approximate location, media uploads, and usage analytics. All data collection and processing practices are governed exclusively by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

7) Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, software, game mechanics, designs, graphics, trademarks, and content are owned exclusively by Scavengertime LLC. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property belonging to the Company is strictly prohibited.

8) Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately and without prior notice if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, your license to use the App will cease immediately and you must discontinue all use of the App.

9) Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or continuous availability. Use of the App is at your own risk.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Scavengertime LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, gameplay interruptions, or user-generated content issues arising from your use of the App.

11) Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Grand Junction, Colorado, USA.

12) Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
